Dr. Harden is consistently booked out 3.5 - 4 months in advance however we do have a waitlist to try and get patients in sooner.

 

Dr. Tang - consultations can be done in person, over the phone, or zoom

Pricing 

• Initial Consult (1 hr and 15 mins): $400
• Follow Ups (45 mins): $200

Dr. Abdullah's - consultations can be done in person or zoom

Bookings and Reminders

At OC Whole Family Wellness, our mission is to provide comprehensive healthcare services tailored to the needs of our patients. To ensure smooth appointment scheduling and efficient clinic operations, we have established the following booking policy: 

Appointment Scheduling

• Appointments can be scheduled by calling our reception desk during our office hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 5:30 p.m.
• We appreciate your understanding regarding any delays related to Dr. Harden’s schedule. Her commitment to providing thorough and comprehensive care to each patient often results in appointments running beyond the scheduled time.
• While we strive to notify you promptly if there is a significant delay exceeding 15 minutes, we encourage you to allow for flexibility in your schedule.
• We recommend refraining from scheduling appointments back-to-back to ensure that Dr. Harden can dedicate the necessary time and attention to your care. Your patience and cooperation in accommodating these circumstances are valued as we prioritize the quality of care provided to every patient.

Appointment Reminders

• Upon booking your appointment with OC Whole Family Wellness, you'll receive an email confirmation with the date and time.
• Additional email reminders 14, 10, and 2 days prior to your appointment. 

Note:

• If you confirm your appointment via any of these email reminders, you will not receive additional emails or confirmation calls.
• If you do not confirm your appointment via email, you will receive a confirmation call on the business day prior to your scheduled appointment.

Test Results

Leading up to your appointment, we may call about test results. If you have results from another doctor, please email them to admin@ocwholefamilywellness.com at least 48 hours before your appointment. We will upload these results into your file to ensure they are readily available prior to your consultation. This allows our doctors an adequate amount of time to review and prepare for your appointment.

24 Business Hour Cancellation and No Show Policy

• Our 24 business hour cancellation and no-show policies are in place to ensure efficient scheduling and to accommodate our patients' needs. With appointments booked months in advance, we kindly request that patients notify us at least 24 business hours before their scheduled appointment if they need to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations (within the 24-hour timeframe) and no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to the appointment cost.
• Failure to provide advance notice will result in these fees being charged directly to the card on file.
• To cancel a Monday appointment, please contact our office by noon on the preceding Friday. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Late Arrivals

We strive to maintain punctual appointment schedules for our patients and doctors. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will make an effort to accommodate late arrivals, appointment times may be reduced due to late arrivals. 

Insurance and Payment

OC Whole Family Wellness does not accept insurance. All services provided are out of pocket.

• Upon request, we can provide you with a superbill containing necessary information for potential reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Lab Work 

• As part of your care, Practitioners may request lab work to be done. You will be asked which lab company your insurance company want you to use and the order will be created. We recommend reaching out to your insurance provider prior to submitting the sample in order to get a quote on the cost of your testing. It is then your responsibility to to submit to insurance or pay direct.
