Holistic/Integrative Psychotherapy
Wendy’s treatment orientation is Integrative, which means it is customized based on your individual needs and goals. Wendy begins every new client with education on how the mind works and gives you quick and easy energy psychology tools and techniques to use at home. Energy psychology (EP) is a relatively new and very exciting approach to therapy, about 30 years in the making. EP is basically a collection of mind-body techniques that have been clinically proven to facilitate deep and permanent healing of traumatic wounding.
Wendy discovered EP in 2003 and has studied it ever since. She witnessed clients making huge shifts in only a few sessions and often immediately. What would have once taken months of talk therapy was getting done in a handful of sessions.
During her EP training in 2006 she was certified to use Hypnosis to prepare people for surgery, cancer treatments and for the use of Time-Line Therapy. In April 2016 she became a certified Hypnotherapist which allows her to use hypnosis with any client interested and on any issue.
